I was asking myself this morning … How do I need to show up as the best version of myself?
The first thing that came to mind was …address my roots and tackle the job of reducing my brows (I literally can PET them … they are that abundant).
While I was doing the above-mentioned tasks, I reflected on a conversation this morning with one of the ladies I mentor. We spoke about fear and the comfort zone.
I remember the first time I posted about my new business almost 4 years ago. I was on the verge of having an accident in my pants from the nerves. FOR DAYS.
I dwelled on it for days.
Finally, I hit publish.
Guess what happened?
?? ???? ???? ??? ???????. (Thank you. ?)
My question for you is … are you sitting in fear? Do you know all the different ways that fear dresses up (think Little Red Riding Hood) so that you don’t do the things you wish you could or would?
If we’ve learned anything over the last few months, it is really how little control we have over anything beyond our own mind and re/actions.
So, what are you to do if you are not taking action due to fear?
I have been guilty of Google searching for the secret answer to such questions and in the end, like most things, it’s typically something we already know – deep down.
It is silly how ?????? the answer is: f͟e͟e͟l͟ ͟t͟h͟e͟ ͟f͟e͟a͟r͟ ͟a͟n͟d͟ ͟d͟o͟ ͟i͟t͟ ͟a͟n͟y͟w͟a͟y͟.
